Ian Semel has over 20 years' experience of the problem gambling field. He is BACP-accredited and is a UKRCP-registered counsellor.
Ian is based at Breakeven Sussex, but also supports our other locations.

We understand that it's not always easy to take the first step, so let's make it
as easy as possible. To begin the process, all you need to do is get in touch.
We offer you an initial assessment appointment with one of our experienced counsellors.
Like the rest of our service, this is free.
At your assessment we will discuss your situation with you and suggest ways in which
you might begin to address your problem. We can then offer you a series of counselling
sessions which can be arranged for a regular time and location to suit you.
